Training Delivery and Evaluation
Who will benefit from this programme?
Any person who is interested in acquiring new training skills or improving existing ones? This interactive and highly acclaimed programme is designed to give participants the necessary skills required to research, prepare, present and evaluate effective training sessions.
Some of the things you will be able to do when you complete this programme:
Apply principles of learning to your course design and delivery, design and successfully deliver training Programmes and assess learners, implement a Systematic approach to training, recognize and manage various types of people, develop creative approaches to the evaluation of training, record training and many other training skills.
What time must you invest in order to get these benefits?
Three day workshop (24 hours), reflection on course material and completion of assignments with tutor support (40-50 hours over a six week period), assessment and supplementary content (8 hours)
What types of assessments take place?
Skills Demonstration…Presentation Skills, visual aids, demonstration, etc… (50%)
Assignment: Plan, research, conduct and evaluate a training session. (50%)
Training Approach:
The training approach will be “hands on” and practical with a high level of effort and action required of both the participants and trainer. All participants will be encouraged to understand and practice the skills outlined in the Programme. The overall approach is designed to increase participants’ confidence.
